Xic Lo Vietnamese Noodle Bar first opened in 1999 offering a refreshing experience of traditional Vietnamese cuisine. Xic Lo specialises in understated contemporary dining whilst celebrating traditional authentic Vietnam.
The dishes at Xic Lo are lightly prepared and rich in flavour, laced with fragrant spices such as cinnamon and star anise, brought to the table with fresh herbs of basil, mint and coriander.
Each meal is created in the understated sophistication of traditional Vietnamese kitchens. There is an extensive variety of choices for vegetarians, including autumn rolls or vegetarian spring rolls on a bed of vermicelli salad served with home made fish dipping sauce.
For other diners, there is an array of meals for all seasons, moods and appetites. For example, on a cold day opt for the always popular beef noodle soup. And if you are in an experimental mood, try any of the other soup dishes, all warm and flavoursome, served hot with an aromatic bite and a side of bean sprouts. When it’s warm weather, try one of the salad choices or wrap your own steamed vermicelli, grilled meat and sugar cane prawn sticks with mint, pickle and cucumber in a lettuce cup then dip in fish sauce.
